While there were some issues with service and lack of options, the overall experience felt like a 5-star hotel. The decor is impressive and the property is spacious and comfortable. However, some aspects such as slow replenishment, dark and soulless breakfast buffet and lack of fresh milk for tea were not up to par with a 5-star hotel.
