Guests have access to hot water pools, a slide, a whirlpool, reclining areas and back massagers. The outdoor thermal pool is especially atmospheric in winter. The pools are clean and maintained at a pleasant temperature throughout. There are no restrictions on using the pools and guests can swim outside of opening hours with their children. The sauna area is excellent with icy pools for cooling down. However, some guests have complained about the cleanliness of the pools, stating that certain outdoor pools are in poor condition and need renovation. A few outdoor pools remained closed during the visit. Nonetheless, guests find the pool area great and rejuvenating, improving their overall experience of the hotel.
