Some guests, however, were disappointed as they feel that for the level of hotel, certain amenities were missing such as fresh coffee and body lotion. The price was also considered 'spicy' but it didn't stop guests from considering a return stay. However, the hotel had issues with the cleaning standard of their rooms and some guests lamented the absence of a refrigerator in their rooms which caused problems especially when there were children involved. In general, the hotel reception area was good but some guests found the hotel to be unprofessional.
