Despite some minor complaints about paint fumes during renovations and trash in the skimmers, the pool area and outdoor pool were well-maintained and clean. The large pool was a favorite among many and it was not overcrowded, so guests could enjoy it all to themselves. Even though the man-made beach could be improved, the overall pool area was very attractive and the heated pool was a bonus. Some guests wished that the hotel was truly waterfront but still appreciated the pool area nonetheless. Overall, a great pool experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Key West Waterfront.
