The Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center offers a swimming pool and a gym, which guests find to be great amenities. However, several visitors have been disappointed to find the pool closed upon arrival, often without prior notice. Some have mentioned issues such as the pool smelling strongly of chlorine or being outdated. Currently, the pool remains closed due to Covid restrictions, leaving guests, including those with children eager to swim, feeling let down. Despite these setbacks, the availability of these facilities is still highlighted as a positive feature of the hotel.
